About the Role

We're seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a Paid Media Manager, you'll work collaboratively with our talented team to drive campaign implementation and optimisation for Paid Search channels across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and Display Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Track campaign performance, implement A/B testing, and optimise ad copy, budget management, bid strategies, and audience targeting to drive campaign success.
  • Provide exceptional client service, delivering regular updates and insights to key accounts.
  • Report on campaign performance on a monthly basis, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Support the wider team in driving new business, including preparing pitches for new clients to drive overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Paid Search Manager or Paid Media Manager position, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong Paid Media management skills and experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Ability to implement new processes and ensure efficiency within the Paid Media function.

What We Offer

Competitive salary between £35k-£45k, opportunities to earn commission, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), and 24 days holiday + BHs.
