We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Eastbourne Dialysis Care Team Member to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional patient care, enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
Main Responsibilities:- Taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions.
- Maintaining dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum procedures.
- Reviewing pre- and post-haemodialysis care with patients, promoting strong relationships built on trust and empathy.
We offer a competitive salary up to £33,719, based on your dialysis experience, as well as opportunities for internal development and career progression. Requirements:- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify early in 2025.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
