Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our Front of House Team at Ragdale Hall Spa. As a Receptionist working evening shifts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Use our computerised hotel system to process guest details and ensure accurate billing charges.
  • Deal with queries from guests and ensure that any requests are met swiftly.
  • Produce accurate guest accounts upon check-out, ensuring a smooth departure.
  • Confident and intuitive, you will be required to adapt your manner of communication to suit a variety of situations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.

Working Hours:
10 hours per week worked on a 2-week rota, including alternate weekends.

Salary:
Age 16-17: £8.20 per hour
Age 18-20: £9.65 per hour
Age 21+: £11.54 per hour
