About the Role

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Allocations Officer for a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

This position requires two days of in-office work per week, with the remainder spent working remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in housing allocations, including experience assessing applications, managing housing lists, and applying allocation policies fairly and effectively.

A thorough understanding of Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996 is essential, while familiarity with the Home Connections system is beneficial though not required.

This role offers a competitive rate and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
