Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Mentor for Students with Special Needs to join our team at a large SEND school in Peterlee. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students aged 2-19 with diverse special educational needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare is essential.

The school has a long-term position available for a successful trial. We offer competitive pay rates and refer a friend bonus scheme. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
