Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to ensure the well-being and dignity of our customers.
- Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging customers to achieve their individual aspirations and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and families.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families, adapting to their unique needs and preferences.
- Personal care experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota, as required.
