About the Role

This 12-month programme is an excellent opportunity to gain a positive introduction to social work with children in Somerset and develop your skills in the profession. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will be part of Somerset's commitment to succession planning.

Upon relocation to Somerset, you may be eligible for a relocation allowance.

You will begin your career with us at £36,124, taking advantage of staff discounts and a great pension as an employed member of Somerset Council staff from day one.

Requirements and Benefits
