Job Title: Clinical Informatics Nurse

Cromwell Hospital, a leading private hospital in London, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our ICU department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Critical Care Unit.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Clinical Informatics Nurse who can lead the development, configuration, and customization of our ICCA system to meet clinical and operational needs. You will be responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and technical support for the ICCA system, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on the use of the ICCA system, promoting best practices and efficient use.
  • Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the ICCA system, ensuring accurate and reliable patient information.
  • Work closely with IT, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and to continuously improve system functionality.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and user guides.
  • Ensure the system is in line with hospital and national policies/guidance.
  • Build SQL reports to do data analysis.
  • Monitor the backup systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Experience of working within ICU.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the development and maintenance of the ICCA system.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in working with Excel.
  • Ideally experience in using SQL.
  • Effective communication and training skills.
