About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional AI Lead to spearhead our AI initiatives at Mindera. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our AI horizontal, enhancing our value proposition, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

This is a hybrid opportunity that offers the flexibility to work in our offices, on client-site, or a combination of both. You will be expected to travel nationally and internationally, with an estimated 20-50% of your time dedicated to this aspect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate AI initiatives across multiple teams and projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to Mindera's enhanced positioning as AI experts, leveraging your technical knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Understand client challenges and develop AI-driven solutions to address them.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business value through AI adoption.
  • Support Account Owners on AI-related topics and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Drive internal projects that demonstrate Mindera's AI capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Monitor AI horizontal initiatives, both internal and client-facing.
  • Manage AI horizontal PnL, including investments, costs, and opportunities.
  • Upsell AI services and expand business with existing clients.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Advise on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI innovations and share knowledge within the Mindera community.

About You

  • You have delivered multiple commercially successful AI products or services into one or more businesses.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge and can discuss AI-related topics with CTOs and Principal Engineers.
  • You are technically hands-on and enjoy participating in proof-of-concepts and architectural discussions.
  • Experience in the Tech services industry is a plus.
  • You have experience working with clients to add value through AI across business areas.
  • You are passionate about AI and have industry exposure and recognition as a thought leader.
  • You enjoy connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing plans and solutions.
  • You have experience and savviness in identifying opportunities with existing and potential new clients.
  • You are an excellent collaborator, tailoring your communication for different audiences and ensuring effective communication between developers, partners, and leadership.
