Responsibilities:
- Lead the repairs workshop to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards.
- Manage inventory, keeping spare parts and hot-spares available to meet UK service maintenance needs.
- Provide technical leadership as the escalation point for advanced hardware issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues to enhance product stability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvements in reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in PC hardware building and repairs.
- Knowledge of ANPR camera technologies is advantageous.
- Technical skills in SQL and relevant electrical qualifications.
- Valid UK driving licence and familiarity with health and safety standards.
