Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from arrival to departure, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Front Office Operations: Assist in the management of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to front office staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet the hotel's high standards.
- Revenue Management: Assist in the implementation of revenue-generating strategies, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize hotel revenue.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all aspects of front office operations meet the hotel's quality standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with guests and colleagues.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
