We are currently seeking a highly skilled mechanical engineering professional to join our team as a Design and Process Engineer at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and take your career to the next level.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have experience in ATEX and mechanical design of systems, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for undertaking design reviews, providing in-house manufacturing support based on produced designs, liaising with clients and sub-suppliers, and managing, reporting, and approving the delivery of project drawings.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on mechanical design and system optimization to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Liaise with clients and sub-suppliers to discuss project requirements and technical specifications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 30 days annual leave, option to buy additional leave, training and development opportunities, company pension, life insurance, healthcare cash plan, employee events, and casual dress policy.
