Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for various teams on Financial Crime and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the Compliance team to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on AML issues and regulatory matters.
  • Develop and improve operational processes to mitigate Financial Crime risks.
  • Authorize high-risk transactions and escalate AML breaches to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
  • Stay up-to-date with Financial Crime-related regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
  • Monitor and review source of client funds and work with the onboarding team on client due diligence.
  • Monitor high-risk clients and global payments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Financial Crime and AML, with a strong understanding of the regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate Financial Crime risks.
