About the Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an exceptional Inclusive Classroom Professional opportunity within our Alternative Provision Unit. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of students with ASD/ MLD / SLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To create and implement innovative learning strategies that promote student engagement and participation.
  • To work closely with teaching assistants to ensure seamless delivery of lessons and maximize student outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching children with SEN, preferably in an ARP or SEN School setting. A passion for inspiring growth and development in students, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for this role. Additionally, being self-motivated, creative, and empathetic will enable you to make a positive impact in this inclusive classroom environment.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
