Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans for students with special needs
- Provide positive support and encouragement to promote student confidence and independence
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and address challenges
- Maintain open communication with parents and carers to ensure seamless support

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Estimated Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
