About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the life of a young man with cerebral palsy. As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized care, assisting with daily activities, and supporting the individual's participation in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
  2. Help with mobility, including transferring and positioning.
  3. Assist with medication administration as directed.
  4. PEG feeding.
  5. Accompany and support the individual in community activities and social outings.
  6. Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe living environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
