We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Liaison and Diversion Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the police to assess individuals with complex needs, develop robust care pathways, and provide expert advice.

Main Duties:

  • To screen and assess individuals in police custody suites and magistrates' courts
  • To develop and implement individualised care plans
  • To provide expert advice to the police on mental health and vulnerability
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
