Children's Social Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Assessing the needs of children and young people through comprehensive assessments and reports
- Developing and implementing plans to provide support and protection to those in need
- Collaborating with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services
Requirements
- Dip SW, CQSW or recognised equivalent qualification
- Substantial experience in health or social care
- Registration with Social Work England
- Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989 and other key legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
