About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Corporate Parenting service in Luton. As a key member of our CLA teams, you will play a vital role in enhancing outcomes for Children Looked After (CLA) and care leavers.

With a strong focus on delivering a reshaped service that incorporates the views of young people, we aim to achieve workforce stability and permanency through continuous professional development. Our Career Development Framework guides progression from Newly Qualified Social Workers to Senior Practitioners, helping you towards future career goals.

This exciting opportunity allows you to conduct clear, accurate assessments, coordinate multi-agency approaches, and build positive relationships with children, young people, families, and agencies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Dip SW, CQSW or recognised equivalent qualification, along with substantial experience in health or social care. Registration with Social Work England is also essential.
