Team Lead and Store Performance Coordinator

The Team Lead and Store Performance Coordinator role at Greggs is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding leadership position. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, overseeing store operations, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with an estimated salary of £29,500 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus incentive.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year's leadership experience in retail or hospitality. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
