Residential Care Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Team Member to join our team at Westerfield Care Home. As a Residential Care Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support. You will also be required to assist with daily tasks, such as making and changing beds, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Requirements- Genuine interest and experience of working with elderly individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player
- Willingness to participate in vocational training programs
- Satisfactory police check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
- Requirement to register with SSSC
- N/SVQ Level 3 in Care
- Previous supervisory experience as a Residential Care Team Member
- Experience/qualification in the safe handling of medicines
- Highly competitive rates of pay (£13.40 hourly)
- 28 days holiday entitlement FTE (including Bank Holidays)
