WHSCT Macmillan Service Improvement Lead (Band 8a)
Key Responsibilities:

As a WHSCT Macmillan Service Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to patients. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Flexible Working
As a member of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust team, you will have the opportunity to request flexible working arrangements from the first day of your employment. This includes a range of flexible working provisions, such as part-time or full-time work, job sharing, or compressed hours. You will be able to discuss your flexible working needs with your manager and come to a mutually agreeable arrangement.

As a WHSCT Macmillan Service Improvement Lead, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to patients
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Lead and manage projects to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of service improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service improvement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements
