Customer Success Coordinator

The Customer Success Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events by maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional support to attendees. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established service level agreements.
- Take ownership of resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively.
- Drive adoption of online event platforms by conducting virtual demos with sponsors and delegates.
- Gather and share customer feedback through post-event surveys, with a focus on promoting positive experiences.
- Process delegate substitutions, transfers, and cancellations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Amend delegate records, process changes to invoices, and facilitate payments as necessary.
- Make courtesy calls to customers as required, providing personalized support.
- Process offline group bookings and invoices, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Follow up on incomplete bookings to assist customers with any registration issues.
- Create and apply discount codes for various customer groups.
- Issue supporting documents for delegate visa applications.
- Set up and send scheduled event emails to registered delegates.
- A process-driven individual who adapts quickly to new technologies.
- A customer-centric approach, prioritizing problem-solving and initiative to resolve issues efficiently.
- A versatile and enthusiastic individual with a desire to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Excellent organizational and proactive skills, ensuring timely completion of event milestones.
