The Radley Foundation is seeking a skilled Development Officer to lead our community-wide appeals and regular giving programmes. As a key member of our team, you will create engaging communications, support event delivery, and manage multiple projects to drive fundraising success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective community-wide appeals and regular giving programmes.
  2. Produce high-quality communications and content to inspire supporters.
  3. Collaborate with the events team to deliver successful events for the Foundation and Radleian Society.
  4. Monitor programme progress and report on outcomes to inform future strategy.
