Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Health Care Professionals channel to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies using data-driven insights and sound analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Develop and execute promotional and activation plans to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead execution efforts, including Sales, Shopper Marketing, Insights, Supply Chain, and Nutritionists.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure effective brand representation and messaging.
  • Support the preparation of regular business updates for senior leaders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the innovation pipeline development, securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Deliver business results through regular tracking of initiatives, brand performance, brand budget, and P&L.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all initiatives.

Your Profile

  • A commercial-marketeer with a strong drive for results, able to drive both brand equity and brand P&L.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with experience working with key data sets, including Nielsen/IRI, Kantar, and Google Trends.
  • Strong business ownership and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across different departments.
  • Positive, can-do spirit and creativity, with a track record of success in FMCG brand-building roles at Brand Manager level.
  • Strong operational project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
