**About the Role**
Firebrand Training is seeking a Sales Executive to help our customers achieve more through our accelerated certification courses. The successful candidate will have experience exceeding targets, selling commercial IT training.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to leads quickly with high activity levels and conversion rates, following the sales process to understand the customer's pain points.
* Be a master of the CRM, with experience in Salesforce an advantage.
* Collaborate with Sales Coaches (Managers), the Head of UK Sales, and sales colleagues to ensure success.
**Requirements**
* Several years' experience selling commercial IT training courses.
* Motivated to exceed targets.
* Curious problem-solver, who loves improving through coaching and development.
**What We Offer**
* Take home a basic of £35k - £50k (dependent on experience), plus unlimited commission and a comprehensive benefits package – including a paid sabbaticals and Bupa healthcare.
* Opportunity to travel the world when you earn your spot at Quota Club.
**Work Arrangements**
* Hybrid role, with the expectation that you'll work from the London office at least three days per week.
