Suffolk Mind is a registered charity promoting mental health and well-being services throughout Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. We are looking for an open-minded, person-centred individual who can provide high levels of one-to-one support with all aspects of daily living, such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting, as well as providing emotional support.
We offer a salary of £25,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn up to £65 per sleep-in shift (once passed probation). Our benefits include 25 days holiday per year, rising to 30 days with length of service, and a pension scheme.
This role is ideal for someone with experience of working in supported housing or a willingness to learn. You will need to be aware of welfare rights and benefits, and able to provide personal and emotional assistance to people recovering from mental health problems.
