Are you passionate about driving continuous improvements in healthcare service delivery? As a Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the Trust to meet the requirements of clinical audit and NICE implementation programmes. You will work closely with clinical directorates to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient projects, ultimately enhancing the quality of care we provide.

The Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator will be responsible for managing the Trust's Annual Clinical Audit Programme, supporting directorates to undertake and benefit from clinical audit. You will also support and project manage the delivery of national and Trust audits, further developing and managing the Trust audit and information management system to ensure oversight of approved clinical audit and service evaluation activity across the Trust.

You will co-ordinate the participation in applicable national audits, dealing with registration, supporting directorates with data collection, and ensuring reports are shared and feedback is provided. Additionally, you will provide specialist training in clinical audit for a range of audiences, working with directorates to help coordinate clinician involvement in clinical audit projects.
