Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist

The role of Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator is a crucial one in the NHS, responsible for driving continuous improvements in healthcare service delivery. As a specialist resource, you will support the trust to meet the requirements of clinical audit and NICE implementation programmes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient projects, ultimately enhancing the quality of care provided by the trust.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage the trust's annual clinical audit programme, supporting directorates to undertake and benefit from clinical audit.
- Support and project manage the delivery of the annual clinical audit programme for national and trust audits.
- Further develop and manage the trust audit and information management system to ensure oversight of approved clinical audit and service evaluation activity across the trust.
- Co-ordinate participation in applicable national audits, dealing with registration, supporting directorates with data collection, and ensuring reports are shared and feedback is provided.
Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities, and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing, and therapies.

Person Specification- Educated to degree level or relevant experience.
