Job Summary:

Gem Partnership Careers is looking for an experienced Network Operations Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to staff.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of our IT systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting network issues;
  • Providing technical support to staff, including training and guidance on IT procedures;
  • Maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions;
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless IT integration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support or a related field;
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and networks;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
