We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Technician at CV-Library. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing technical support and assistance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for resolving IT incidents and maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems.
  • You will also assist with new starter/leaver processes, including setting up PCs and phones, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Additionally, you will be required to terminate network cables and cable runs as needed, complete IT projects, and support other departments where necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an IT role is required.
  • You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
