As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our young people, helping them to overcome social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. You will work closely with our Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.brbrbKey Responsibilities:/bbr Provide leadership and guidance to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.br Work closely with our Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people.br Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained, adhering to Ofsted standards and Bay View policies and procedures.br Provide a safe, secure, and homely environment for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.br Support our young people in achieving their goals and aspirations, helping them to build positive relationships and develop life skills.brbrbRequirements:/bbr Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.br Full UK driving license.br Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins and on-call shifts.br Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.brbrbBenefits:/bbr Competitive salary.br Up to £6720 in sleep-in payments per year.br Regular supervisions and comprehensive training programme.br Access to our Exchange Employee Discount Scheme and wellbeing programmes.br Comprehensive pension scheme and promotion opportunities.
