Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, estimated £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.

About the Role:

  • Leading the development of human-centred design principles and guidelines that drive the creation of user-friendly and intuitive systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet customer needs and expectations.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Degree in Human Factors/Psychology or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience in human-centred design and usability engineering
  • Strong understanding of human performance and behaviour in complex systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
