Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide compliant and effective finance business partnering with our IT, Change, and Commercial teams, leading and managing the development and delivery of value-adding financial planning, management, analysis, and reporting aligned to our overall FGFS financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Finance team and FGFS Functional leaders for the month-end reporting process
  • Own functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realised and aligned to functional goals and objectives
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory, financial services regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations
  • Risk Management
Requirements
  • Studying or Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
  • A proven track record in a complex business environment
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results and will be able to think creatively to drive business growth.
