Urology Specialist Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Specialist Physician to join our successful department at Triple West Medical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Urology and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise the use of spare theatre lists and clinics where appropriate and the appointee's expertise allows.
- Participate in the Urology (middle-grade) On Call rota which will be 1 in 8.
- Support the development of clinical governance, using audit findings to improve the quality of treatment and to minimise clinical risk.
- Participate in departmental teaching and to ensure continued professional development.
This is a Specialty Doctor in Urology vacancy. The successful appointee will be part of a well-supported and friendly team, with opportunities for research and publications, and attendance at Urology courses and conferences.
The Urology department has a monthly audit half-day and the candidate would be expected to participate actively in this. There would be opportunities for research and publications (which would be actively supported), and attendance at Urology courses and conferences as appropriate for the successful appointee.
