Awel Aman Tawe (AAT) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, working on a number of projects to support the transition to net zero. Our programme includes energy efficiency, renewable energy, community resilience, sustainable transport, community arts, and education programmes.

We have developed two of the largest renewable energy co-ops in the UK, which have helped to support the development of Hwb y Gors.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission to address the climate emergency and promote community wellbeing. As a Programme Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing an arts and education programme that reflects our joint objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an arts and education programme that addresses the climate/biodiversity emergencies and community resilience
  • Work with the Creative Director, Education Outreach Programme Lead, and Centre Manager to develop and implement the programme
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the programme meets the needs of the community and aligns with AAT's objectives
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including an Ethical Pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave.
