Job Title: Service Management Team Manager

Headway Adolescent Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Management Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Residential Children's Services team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Residential Children's Services team to deliver excellent care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to our young people.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a residential childcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, young people, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to residential childcare.
