Job Title: Service Management Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Management Team Manager to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Residential Children's Services team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Residential Children's Services team to deliver excellent care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a residential childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
