Job Title: Director of Teaching and Learning Excellence
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Teaching and Learning Excellence to lead and manage the development of teaching, learning, and assessment strategies across South Thames Colleges Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing quality improvement and professional development guidance, systems, and processes across all learning provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Teaching and Learning Coaches to provide support and development to all teachers across the group.
- Develop and implement digital pedagogy strategies to promote the use of technology across the group.
- Evaluate and report on performance and impact of teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement college-wide strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing teaching and learning teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital pedagogy and its application in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
