About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the North West region, covering areas such as Liverpool, Manchester, and North Wales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and achieving area sales targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You will work closely with our management team to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve our goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, plus a commission plan, company car, and a range of benefits including holidays, pension scheme, private health scheme, and staff discount on Draper products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and developing relationships with prospects and customers within your designated area.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of customer service with new and existing customers.
  • Developing business through telephone contact, written correspondence, face-to-face appointments, and attendance at exhibitions and shows.
  • Identifying customer requirements and maximising selling opportunities to develop accounts within your area.
  • Planning and carrying out customer visits to a regular agreed schedule to ensure full coverage of your area.
  • Being aware of competitor activity within your area and reporting back to your Manager where appropriate.
