Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal reports, including the studio stock tracker
* Support the Senior Admin Coordinator with invoicing, POs, and SOs
* Ensure all financial records are updated and accurate
* Assist with budget management and reporting as required
* Liaise with the QC team to report product issues to the wider team
* Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Admin Coordinator
* Perform administrative day-to-day duties

Requirements:

* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently within an established team
* Methodical and thorough approach to work
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Good IT skills, specifically a good working knowledge of MS Office
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
