Job Title: Community Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Host to join our team at Vivify Venues. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities, providing excellent customer service to our hirers, and maintaining the high standards of our venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings and other school-related events.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are always left as found.
  • Ensure the security and safety of our school by unlocking gates and doors, and locking them securely again at the end of the shift.
  • Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
