Job Title: Community Host

Vivify Venues is seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Host to join our team. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our hirers and their groups, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our school facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and other school-related events.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are left in a clean and tidy state.
  • Ensure the security and safety of our school by unlocking gates and doors, and locking them securely at the end of the shift.
  • Complete health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
