As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.

- Process and manage inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring all goods in and out are correctly recorded and allocated.
- Update and maintain the warehouse MRP system, SAP, to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
- Pick and pack production and replenishment orders to meet manufacturing deadlines.
- Label customer goods correctly in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Pack and prepare internal and external components for issue to departments or customers, ensuring products are packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct accurate and up-to-date stock checks, ensuring cycle counts are completed as required.
- Perform cable cutting tasks as needed, using cable cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure timely transfer of completed production orders and update SAP with correct actions.
- Maintain company health and safety standards within the warehouse, reporting any issues to the Transport & Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- Have good knowledge of customs compliance procedures, including incoterms, procedure codes, and tariff codes.
- Check customs entry documentation from transport companies, including value, tax, and duty where applicable.
- Electronically file documentation for traceability.
- Perform general data administration duties.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

- Forklift License – Counterbalance (essential, training provided by the company).
- Goods in and Dispatch experience.
- Kitting experience.
- Cable Cutting equipment experience.
- Numerate and Literate, Computer Literate.
- Team player.
- Able to work as part of a team and alone.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Flexible to the needs of the business.
- Computer literate.
- SAP knowledge an advantage.
- Numerate Accurate.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
