About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products, as well as performing various warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimal discrepancies.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages, and report any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items in their designated storage areas.
  • Verify and fill customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily, maintaining a high level of tidiness and organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems, including inventory management and tracking software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Methodical approach to tasks, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
