We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Bicester to ensure the efficient movement of raw materials and customer orders within the Warehouse & Production area.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Warehouse environment, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills to work closely with internal departments.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Checking for damaged or missing items and sorting stock for storage within the Warehouse
  • Creating carrier labels and transporting orders to the loading bay for despatch
  • Ensuring orders are packaged, wrapped, and labelled correctly to prevent returns or damage
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe Warehouse/Loading Bay environment

The ideal candidate will have a counterbalance, reach, or pallet stacker license and be computer literate in SAP or similar WMS.

We offer a great BRITA package, including an annual salary of £24,960.00, 23 days leave per annum, and a company year-end bonus on target achievement.
