Job Title: Academy HR Director

Armstrong Knight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy HR Director to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Review and maintain staff benefits packages, providing recommendations and costings to the Board.
  • Design and implement performance management and bonus-related schemes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and timeliness.
  • Partner with senior management to ensure hiring, training, and performance protocols meet employment law compliance and business objectives.
  • Manage holidays and employee relations, including monitoring attendance and sick leave, and advising/supporting individuals and management as part of the process.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a HR Manager role, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support, and motivate staff.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and government reporting regulations.
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management).
  • Sensitivity in handling confidential issues and good oral and written communication skills.
