We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our department, you will work closely with the Senior Workflow Coordinator to transform our operations, setting the standard and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with 3rd party brands to outsource and upload sourced digital content
- Liaise with the Commercial Team and other departments to source and organise product content
- Support 3rd party brands with EDI portal
- QC assets uploaded to the portal
- Maintain all data and information for digital content tracking
- Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Updating internal systems where needed by liaising with 3rd party suppliers and internal buyers
- Any other duties requested by the Department Leadership Team
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive mindset and attitude
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Natural ability to work independently within an established team
