We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the onboarding process for our dropship partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold technical discovery meetings with partners to assess their capabilities and onboard them as dropship partners.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to partners during the onboarding process, ensuring all data flows correctly through our systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dropship partners, owning all onboarding workstreams and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Gather requirements for onboarding and coordinate across teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure product data and imagery meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with partners to enrich product data and educate them on its importance.
  • Execute daily site checks and update documentation and tooling as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes proactively.

Requirements

  • Technical background and strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage the onboarding process.
  • Experience working on projects and delivering results under deadlines.
