£35,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000) is an estimated annual salary range based on the industry standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Position to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for repeat business. This will involve working closely with the Sales Support team to ensure a smooth transaction process, participating in sales campaigns, and developing pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
  • Retain existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business
  • Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Participate in sales campaigns and develop pricing strategies
  • Handle incoming enquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and industry trends
  • Monitor website products and pricing
  • Meet service level agreements and log customer interactions onto the CRM
  • Provide regular reports and updates with relevant KPIs
