£35,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000) is an estimated annual salary range based on the industry standards.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Position to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for repeat business. This will involve working closely with the Sales Support team to ensure a smooth transaction process, participating in sales campaigns, and developing pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Retain existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Participate in sales campaigns and develop pricing strategies
- Handle incoming enquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Maintain knowledge of company products and industry trends
- Monitor website products and pricing
- Meet service level agreements and log customer interactions onto the CRM
- Provide regular reports and updates with relevant KPIs
